Lemon G&T

• 30 ml Sheringham Lemon Gin
• 15 ml Sheringham Seaside Gin
• 90 ml Tonic water

Celery stalk, olives, lime

Build over ice in a Collins glass. Stir 3-5 times. Garnish with a celery stalk, two olives on a pick and a lime wheel.
