While there are more modern styles of Chianti coming to the market, what I love about this wine is its rusticity and old world feel. 100% Sangiovese; this wine sees no oak. Bright crunchy red fruit with well balanced tannins make this an easy-going evening wine.
Pair with mature or hard cheese or a big plate of Spaghetti Bolognese.
