Ingredients
- Hot brewed coffee
- 1½ oz Irish whiskey
- 1–2 tsp brown sugar (to taste)
- Lightly whipped heavy cream (not fully whipped)
Directions
- Serve in a mug (preferably glass)
- Add brown sugar and whiskey.
- Fill with hot coffee and stir until dissolved.
- Gently float lightly whipped cream on top (pour over the back of a spoon).
- Do not stir—sip through the cream.
