The Gin Mary

Build in a tall rocks glass. Garnish with fresh horseradish and green olives. Gray Whale Gin – a big sur inspired Corn based gin juniper, Kombu, Almond, Fir Tree, Lime and Mint infused Gin.

Sheringham “In-Cider” Information

Shake first 3 ingredients in a martini shaker. Fill a highball glass with ice, pour martini shaker contents in highball glass. Top with Apple Cider. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Great Old Fashioned

In a rocks glass, add 1/2 orange wheel, 1/2 lemon wheel, and 1/4 oz maple syrup. Gently muddle. Fill rocks glass with ice, add 2oz. WGW and two dashes of bitters (cranberry bitters optional). Stir to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a large orange peel.

Maple Martini

Shake ingredients over ice, serve in a martini glass and garnish with a pinch of nutmeg, chocolate flakes or sliced almonds.

Warm Apple Cider

Combine ingredients and heat until warm. Garnish with orange zest.
