Sparkling made in the Traditional Champagne method. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 24 months on lees before disgorging. Lively mouthfeel, frothy persistent bubbles and wonderful flavours of toast, peach, and citrus.
