Grand Opening Celebration and Everything You Need to Know!
Join us for an amazing day of celebrations at our Metro Liquor Train Station Expansion Grand Opening! After two years of planning and one year of construction, the expanded store is complete and welcoming shoppers. The store underwent an increase in size of 60%, adding 18 new cooler doors, 500 new products, a tasting counter, an events space, and expanded parking. The interior of the store also features bold new graphics and ever-changing digital signage.
To celebrate, Metro is hosting a formal Grand Opening on Saturday, August 9th. Train Station will have live on-location radio with K 96.3 Classic Rock (1-5pm), free tastings, huge giveaways, tons of swag, BBQ & drinks by donation for Paws It Forward, and deep discounts storewide (all 3 stores will have amazing deals!). The fun kicks off early and runs all day! We can’t wait to see you there!

Beginning at 1PM, we will have BBQ Hot Dogs and a variety of cold beverages that will be by donation for Paws It Forward (100% non-profit dog rescue in Kelowna, BC). People love our Metro Mutts wall and we love all the Mutts!! Enjoy your refreshments with live on-location radio with K 96.3 Classic Rock from 1PM-5PM!
