Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon OR Rye
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 small egg white (optional)
- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon Peel and Cocktail Cherry (optional)
Directions
- Shake whisky, lemon, syrup, and egg white (no ice) 10 sec.
- Add ice, shake hard 12–15 sec.
- Strain into glass.
- Garnish with bitters + lemon peel/cherry.
