Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon OR Rye
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 small egg white (optional)
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon Peel and Cocktail Cherry (optional)

Directions

  • Shake whisky, lemon, syrup, and egg white (no ice) 10 sec.
  • Add ice, shake hard 12–15 sec.
  • Strain into glass.
  • Garnish with bitters + lemon peel/cherry.
