The premium wine tier from Sumac Ridge, these single variety wines take their name from the vineyard where they are picked- Black Sage Vineyard. Small lot production and carefully executed winemaking create bold wines with perfect concentration and fine silky tannins. This Merlot has a baked plum and blackberry component which makes it a perfect match for BBQ or smoked red meat.
